Shipping policy

UK mainland shipping information 

 

Order processing times:

  • Monday - Friday: 2-3 working days.
  • Saturday - Sunday 3-4 working days.

Express shipping option:


  • The cut off time for the express shipping option is 1pm Monday - Friday for same day dispatch and next day delivery.
  • Cut off time for a Saturday is 9am.


There are no collection services on a Sunday so please be aware that this option does not apply for a Sunday.


*Please note that no Royal Mail delivery service is guaranteed to be next day and whilst 95% of orders do arrive the next day, it can take slightly longer.


Royal Mail does now offer a Sunday delivery but this is not guaranteed. Some post codes are excluded from the Sunday delivery. Please find out more on the Royal Mail website.


International shipping

 

Please be aware that we are currently unable to ship to the EU & NI due to the new GSPR regulations that have come into place. We are still able to ship to all other countries.

Delivery times:

We dispatch all international orders with the fully tracked international service. The standard time frame for delivery is 5-7 days but please be aware during peak periods this can exceed the time frame.
  • The sweetie pamper hamper will NOT be held accountable for any delays that occur during customs.

Custom fees: 

 

Custom charges may apply and must be payed by the recipient. We cannot be held accountable for any charges that may apply. Custom charges can vary and are determined by the customs authorities in the recipients country. We do see a more custom charge from countries such as Australia

 

Order amendments:

 

You have a 3hr window from placing the order to request any amendments to your order this can be anything from delivery changes, gifts notes, cancellations, refunds, changes to personalisation and product swaps. If your order is shipped and we are not made aware of any changes we cannot be held responsible for this. 

Please ensure to double check personalisation and delivery addresses before placing orders.
