PROCESSING TIME / DELIVERY

Our processing time is currently 7-14 days however we will always aim to dispatch before this time frame. If an item is needed for a certain date please message to see if it is possible. We also have a ‘Rush my order option’ at the checkout (additional fee) which is a guaranteed next day delivery service.

Please leave any personalisation that is required at the checkout. If no name is left at the checkout your order will be sent without a name so please double check before purchasing.

CUP CARE

Due to the personalisation being made from adhesive vinyl these cups are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.

Care must be taken whilst cleaning the cups and if not cleaned properly the vinyl could start to peal away from the cup. Care instructions will also be included with your hamper.

🧽To clean-

Hot water and washing up liquid can be used on the mugs but please DO NOT use a tea towel or any other form of dishcloth when cleaning the mugs as the effect of the bond of the vinyl may be effected.

No harsh chemicals/ cleaning equipment should be used.
